His unconventional     theories on nutrition have changed the way Americans think about     eating. Atkins low-carbohydrate approach and 4 step program have     become an obsession for many people at a time when two thirds of     Americans are overweight or obese. But the Atkins diet has its     disagreement, some of whom say that its emphasis on high cholesterol     foods can make it dangerous. As protein digested slowly in     the system, high protein diets also stabilise blood sugar levels,     which can prevent common conditions such as fatigue, depression,     headaches, joint and muscular pains.       à · Improve your health; because as you burn fat you will eliminate     toxins stored in fat cells.       The diet plan allows you to eat foods that many dieters have only     dreamed about. The diet plan is said to work even if other diets have     left you feeling depressed and deprived.
